If you’re tall or just want to have extra room to move around while you practice, this mat offers an extra two inches of width and six more inches in length than our original Verde Mat. It has the same comfortable cushioning from a blend of Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) materials and recycled rubber. The middle layer is 100% organic cotton scrim which helps to keep the mat from stretching over time.
